Kilruf, I just got my echo belts today. Have you tested them yet? If so are they any different perfomance wise to the stock ones?

Anyone have any other suggestions. I just finshed the car and have the kit set-up so i am hoping this is close. Also what is a good start point for a Vantage 14x1. G4T2, I did run them this weekend. But I can not comment on how well they did. I did poorly that weekend with bad tuning and motors. Plus I was running 2 cars in one class (415 and SD). I ended up DNF with a bad motor. Gotta have a bad day every once in awhile I guess. I was way off my pace while everyone was up on theirs haha. Anyways, with the stock belts, I ran them 2 clicks front and rear. With these Echo belts, I ran them 1 click front/rear and they felt like they had the same tension. I ran Stock that weekend. But I ran some Mod KR 10x1 for practice. They held up nicely and felt smooth with no stretching. I'll have to test them some more this weekend if the rain goes away. I'd like to go to 0 clicks for the front belt.

Yeah I must admit the belts to feel very similar to the stock ones. My old ones were real free too, after cutting the teeth off of the front and soaking them both overnight in wd40. Will have to see how they compare on the track. I also received some Hiro factory carbon roll bar holders they are sweet, a tech spur holder and a squat steering plate. how can I post pics on here??

I was just wondering where you got the CF bracket for the sway bars?

And what other manufacturers apart from tamiya makes hop-ups for them?

Thanks,
