Thanks for the info charles, FYI in the UK Trickbits Spur gears (available from Helger Distribution) are Xenon, they even have it stamped on them!

How much should I tighten the long belt in MRE? It keeps going left and right a little bit after I tightened it to the max. Any advice?

you've tightened it too the max ??
Don't worry about the belt wandering on the pulleys... you want the belt as loose as possible, without it skipping. This way the car will be most efficient. At the moment, if the belt is fully tight, your putting extra drag into the drivetrain.
