I built my own chassis to mimic the x2 and I am running a 13t clutch bell with the 50t hot bodies spur gear. It works great with my picco p7r. I'm not sure if there is enough adjustment to allow you to do that with the stock chassis. On my chassis I basically use the buggy positioning and extend the rear of the chassis to give me the truggy wheelbase. I'm using the buggy radio tray and front chassis brace.
