When I switched over to nitro I had the black AE grease used it worked fine. And I had the clear tube of AE diff grease used it worked fine. Now I got some huge thing that looks like a caulking tube with a pop can top on 1 side from Autozone I have been working on for a year. The only thing about that stuff is it smells like a truck stop. LOL

Like what was mentioned before, you need to make sure the grease you are using is for metal on metal contact, and make sure it can be used on O-rings/rubber/Plastic products.

what i use so i dont have to carry around a huge tub of grease, is a Syringe, about 10ml. i stuff it with grease and keep it inside my pit box and refill it when need be. its only like 2 bucks at any pet store or baby food section at most grocery stores.

I use the mobil1 synthetic grease[the overpriced hobby stuff in the syringe], when it runs out I just refill the syringe.

I just leave the silver diff fluid I just changed smeared all over the ring gear! If my diff leaks enough, the ring gear stay lubed.

I've got some pink Mobile 1 grease. I use on o-rings and cvd's. Maybe I should try that.
