It will most likely come back online later tonight but I don't think its worth waiting for. Just do it again in the morning (his time). I have known Bob for years and he works hard on his website. As a customer, its better that they take care of it then just let it sit there for weeks with no updating.

For just a touch more, I would buy this and not worry about a brushed mod motor with bushings...

here are my 2 questions...
1. will the performance be equal between the two options?
2. do i need to hook the castle esc up to a computer to be able to use it?
i just want to solder things on the car and have it start, stop and reverse
this isnt for racing. (at this point)
thanks

IGnore my previous question... i just called stormer and had a good conversation with a fellow there.
he stated that the sidewinder would probably be better long term for me.
and i only had to hook it to a computer if i wanted complex adjustments.
he said that its ready to go from the box and some adjustments can be made via the esc itself.
so i picked up this!!!
looking forward to its arrival!
CCMM7703 Sidewinder 1/10th Brushless ESC with 5700 kv Motor 1 $129.95 $129.95
PAR16001 TIRES-1/10 MOUNTED FOAMS for Touring cars, 28mm Magenta (2) 1 $5.99 $5.99
PAR16012 Tires-1/10 mounted 28mm foams for Touring cars, Indigo (2) 1 $5.99 $5.99
Subtotal, excluding shipping:
$141.93

Been that way for as long as we've been on-line, 1998? Not sure on the exact date.
Everything we have is custom written, by our own in house I.T. department and software experts. All software, web stuff, everything, in house. That's why our site looks different than places that use can'd e-commerce store software. I know we even had to make our own printer software, etc. The last major overhaul in 2005 took nearly 3 years to develop. But it gives us INCREDIBLE flexibility.
If anyone should ever have an idea like, "you know what would be cool..." fee free to drop us a note on it.
