18SS Engine Burns Half Tank and Dies

I have an HPI 18ss engine. And when I drive my car the engine runs up until I have almost exactly a half a tank of fuel and then quits. And then it wont restart until I fill the tank again??

air leak, replace all the fuel line, if that doesnt work buy a new fuel tank if you can see a leak

Yes, probably fuel tank.
