Questions?? What should I do? For my Hyper 8 Chassis+Braces

Hi all, Right im wondering I have a Hyper 8.5 brought a year+ ago.. A few Months ago, at home I had a run away incident. Rx Pack decided to fry.. so eventually after me. Slowing the car down from full WOT it went into a brick wall. The things that were broken were,

RX Pack
Servo's wires were melted so replaced the servos
Front shock shaft
Rear drive rod
And there is a small bend in the chassis in line with the engine from the impact.

So I just got the Hyper 8 FR2 Chassis, Which Is 100% sure what I had before And I brought aswell the Hyper 8 FR2 Chassis and Engine brace for it. But now realised its the same chassis. So already have those parts.

And So I have the, parts apart from the Brace part pictured in the picture, Which sits under the center diff.
Should I run it with it On or not. As I have my Diff on the chassis, Like it was meant to when purchased. What is the reason for it, will I gain anything from it or not. As If not I may sell it again, As I need that cash.. thanks Jamie Kerr

well im no expert as i havent got a hyper but im pretty sure that having that on there would probably add streangh to the chasis and possibly make it less likely that in a crash your diff will get damaged

yes, use it, that brace under the diff only came on hyper 8 pro and hyper 8.5 pro. It will stiffen the chassis in that area.
