It's the cheap, stiff, waxy wire that Mylaps uses on their transponders.

I just decided to leave it even though I don't prefer it.

You should be able to sand the wire with some 600 or so grit sand paper to take that coating off. Then you can color it black or what ever.

had to add weight right in front of the receiver and ended up redoing electronics/rewiring placements.

Your rear shocks are on the wrong sides.

And you might want to check that rear belt, it says "DO NOT BEND", but it's clearly curving around that diff pulley.
