I got a new one in April and I've used it for about 25 days of racing and running. The battery no longer holds a charge after overnight charging. Is that normal or should I check to see if my charger is screwed up? Are there other ways of charging it that will prolong the battery life?

sounds like you have a problem either with your charger or your battery. when pushed for time i use an automotive charger on 2 amp's, i will let it charge about 2 hours and it will last for 2 or 3 races starting my car and anyone else's if needed. the overnight charger gives the same results but i sometimes forget to put it on the night before a race.

using a gell cell the charge last a good month or so racing every weekend and practicing a few times a week.. as long as your mills fire up quickly.. i baught mine at the begining of the year for both bump boxes and there still going strong.
