How much would it cost to have one made plus the (3mm)upper deck?

Just wondering if the motor on your new tc4 motor mount sits lower? From the pic it looks like it's lower. May just be the angle of the pic though.

Do any of you BMI drivers have a good starting setup for a 3mm BMI TC4 chassis with foam tires on a tight med grip ozite track?
