realize you may have tried different receivers but is the antenna wire touching graphite at all? Any of you power wires touching the top deck, etc..?

Jason-so far s good on the BMI Pro4 chassis and top deck. Wasn't enough grip in carpet and I had to leave practice early-but got BMI Pro4 on the track and its got mad rip and top speed to boot. This cars got a lot of potential. The front shock tower is a little bit too high for carpet racing. it works fine, but 2mm lower and I think you can really slam a body down!

I just took a bit off the top of the shock tower and I am all good. But-I aint afraid of no dremel!! Ya hear!!

Ray
p.s. We just redid the layout after Nats and vacuumed-so track was slippery.

How is your reciever sitting...laid down or stood up...even with all that servo tape it can make a difference..

You don't have any frayed wires or anything?
