Agreed, the Epic 1 Chassis Armor is the best period. We've been carrying them for a while and using them on all of our cars including the Awesomatix:

Agree. Put one on my ARC Black before it hit the track. I've already peeled it off a dozen times.

USA spec means am06s hubs

This was special for about 1yr but now am06s included with all kits globally.

USA spec will likely change/evolve in the future -- but first we must get past the worlds and IIC before evolving the platform any more..

Hello all
I am fairly new on the sport but I just fell in love with the design of awesomatix
I race at a local track that has a low to mid traction track with high speed sweep and only small portion of technical
Will awesomatix suitable for my kind of track?

I drive xray T4 now and found that the car is quite easy to drive
Will awesomatix be easier to drive at the same type of track?
Sorry for silly questions but I just want to know if I will have difficulties in handling the awesomatix
Thank you all for answering my question

I almost forgot one thing, I only race on asphalt and never on carpet as we don't have any carpet race in Indonesia

What spares do you recommend with the evo 700? Is there anything that breaks easily? Also can't Find any info of what exactly comes with the kit? e.g. does it come with front bumper and mounts, battery stops etc?

On the Awesomatix USA site Hanulec has listed a suspension spares parts bundle, that is a good place to start.

The kit comes with everything but wheel nuts (and a servo saver if you run one), but an upgrade bumper is reccomended (BSR sold on the site, xray/cso hard also good). Also you want to grab some P20's (front dcj sleeves). Evo kits come with an L chassis plate and standard servo mounts if you didnt know already

#1 read a manual-

#2 see the quality assurance forms (although these haven't been updated for gd2 kits yet..)-

For national events we have 2 classes here in indonesia, a Stock 13.5T motor (open boost) with a volante 36R hand out tires and and a Super Stock which we can use any motor with a volante 36R hand out tires
The hand out tires not always a volante brand but never use good tires like sorex, team powers etc

Its really great if in fact awesomatix good for low to mid grip situation
Can i buy directly from awesomatix usa? Because i am very sure no one sells and no one drives one here

a quick build hint for everyone we just picked up the new a700-st17-1-s. when building them, i've found that installing the st13 end first worked best. the st17-1 'cage' is put into a table, and the st16/st13/pin01 assembly is inserted from the top. the st39 'nut' inserted thru the st13 assembly, placed evenly on the 'cage' and slowly screwed on. if you try to force anything, you'll jump the thread. this method ended up being the most predictable for me.
