hey all: I just saw the '09 dirt nitro challeneg entry form on neobuggy and noticed that this race is going the same route as roar will in '09 and that is eliminating 10th nitro truck and nitro MT from the schedule? Looks like to me that 8th nitro buggy and truggy have gotten so popular now that i guess they had to drop some other classes just to get the race in on time. Do you think another race will be created just for 10th nitro truck and nitro MT or will they just go away on a national level? What do you all think about this and thanks

I don't race gas truck of monster truck, but hate to see a class (or two) die. Seems the problem is time. Even with a 5-day format and only two types of vehicles, seems they don't have enough time to have two additional types of vehicles. It's a shame, especially for those new to racing that may have to buy a new car just to race.

They didn't run 1/10 th scale last year also. I have hardly seen any 1/10th scale gas truck racing in over 2 years anywhere.

hey all: Yes the slash class will be awesome,but i think that MT is still popular enough to have kept it for the newer racer as someone suggested. Thanks
