I have the team losi 180mah micro pack. At what rate should i charge the pack; or will the lipo charger automattically select the correct rate.

Thanks

I'd be safe and charge it at as close to 1c as possible. That would be .18 or .2 amps.

Default 1S Lipo Now Legal for use in UK BRCA Meetings

With immediate effect, the 1S SMC battery is now approved by the BRCA for use at all UK BRCA sanctioned 1-12 meetings.
It is my understanding that we are the first national body in the world to approve a 1S LiPo for use in 1-12 scale.
The weight limit is currently set at 800g, this may be reviewed at the upcoming 1-12 section general meeting.

Okak guys...finally got a chance to post results, all heats with the 1 cell pack, gtb 4 cell esc and novak 13.5, the car was just as fast or faster than the cars with 4 cells and the ones with 2 cell lipo and it only took about 1100 mah after 6 min heats. After the 8 min main I put about 1300 mah back in.

The results were the car was just as fast as the cars with 2 cell lipos and 21.5 and the cars with17.5 4 cell cars.

i currently run magenta and yellows, with the lighter weight should the front tires be harder or both front and rear due to the lower weights involved?
