Default How should i treat these virgins?

no dirty stuff here
I just got a brick (24) of loose GP3300 cells..
i was wondering
1.at what amount of charge do they come with?Do they come with varying amounts of charge in each of them?
2.Do i need to equalize them or do anything to them b4 i charge them?
3.In haste,i've already built'em and now,should i just charge them up?

Thanks, sorry to get any of ya hyped up or turned on(heehee).

What kind of charger do you have, I know that I'd put them on a cycle on my GFX first off to get them ready for the punishment of racing...

i know i should've mentioned it.
i dont have a tray,
i have a charger that can charge 4-8 cells only,with 4A discharge.
when u mean cycle,do u mean as a whole-built-up-6 cell-pack or each individual cell?
cos my problem is i can't be sure that when i charge the pack as a whole(which is my only charging option)
whether each cell will all be fully charged or not.

i always prefer to discharge all the new cells i get on a tray
maybe it's a good investment for you since you have many packs
