I've just put up the first couple of sections of my article on building the HB 12x on www.carsrcracing.co.uk. These just show what is in the box and what is new/changed from the Cyclone 12, but more will be added in the coming weeks.

You can read it at http://www.carsrcracing.co.uk/?page_id=112

Hi Oze!

That's because I haven't written the rest of the guide yet. They'll be posted a few sections at at time over the next 3 or 4 weeks. I'll post on here and on www.rcracechat.com every time I update it.

Hot Bodies USA has officially received their shipment of Cyclone 12Xs. They are now shipping to distributers. This is the car that Hara and the rest of the HB team first showcased at the 2008 onroad worlds in Thailand. Here is the list of updated features.

Carbon rear axle
Clamping left rear hub
ATC front T-bar mount (optional)
Lowered front arms with pivot ball adjustment
New steering blocks with 4mm trail
New threaded front axles
Full set of 0.25mm difference rear ride height adjusters
Titanium coated kingpins
Titanium coated front upper arm shafts
Titanium coated shock shaft (same length as before)
FRP front cross brace
Great new packaging

Look and ask for this car at a hobbyshop near you.

Anyone have a good azzphalt setup for this car. Seems like there is not too many of them out there. I really liked it on carpet, running the 2.5 chassis, but it is not right on the pavement as of yet so trying to cut down my wrench time if someone has a good setup. Also has anyone tried to change the rear pod from a disc to a tube setup yet?
