Print out a setup sheet, and copy the settings.

For initial toe/camber settings I use(er borrow haha) a setup station similar to this:

once you get your set up board here is a document that helped me out alot when i first started ...it helped me understand what the changes i made were actually doing ...instead of just blindly setting it up to some generic set up ....hope this helps

xray setup guide, but start with what your manual tells you to use. and when things are not going right. log it b/c you should go back to it and go from there

the xray manual is also very helpful for newer people and learning setups.. i know it helped me out a lot... there is a pdf on there website..

your right on the xray guide ....ive got it ...but its just so big ...couldnt post it ....i think its like page 22-25 somewhere around there ...where they tell you how to set stuff up ....i think now the new kits just comes with a seperate guide in with the manual one other thing is that ..the chances of someone with 4 posts on rctech (no offense) is probaly not gonna have the coin to buy a hudy set-up station and board
