We need Tamiya to re-release the sparking diffusers they used to sell for the F101 and F102.

Not recommended for carpet.

Thank you guys for the links Just a quick question, if I went with one of those ebay lights, would I be soldering directly to the +- terminals on my ESC? Similar to how the BEC is attached?

Depending which voltage you buy. 5 or 6v version can be put into a free channel of the receiver by adding a servo plug and the 9v version can be connected to the battery wires.

You can also get the led only:
50pcs 5mm Red Diffused Round Self Flash Flashing LED Blink Bright Leds Light New | eBay

And determ the right resistor and connect it with a servo wire.

I think I'm going to try out the pre-wired units before I try making one with my own resistors lol. It seems simple enough to put it in a free channel on my RX. I think I'll do that and try to keep the wire routing as clean as possible. Thank you

Yeah - a bit late ... but thanks anyway!

I allready got a good hint:

I wanted to stick to 48p as I have a lot of spurs and pinions from my TC and I think 48p more robust for outdoor racing than 64p.

So I found and bought those: 66t, 60t, 58t (all 48p)

Thats what I did as well - and got some plastic sockets in addition to get a clean mounting somewhere on the rear wing.
Didn't receive the stuff yet but might post a picture as soon as I got it going!

Those tires are included in the kit (WRC f-one) - they are named WRC p-one.

I'm new to F1-racing but got the same car and will be racing my first F1 race on sun in 1 week time
(I'll still have to change the tyes as we have to use the Ride tyres)

Do these spurs carry a center bearing?

No, they don't, you need a spacer to fit them, Tamiya 54215.

Does anyone have info info on the following Ride tyres
#26040: GR F-1 fronts
#26041: GR-X F-1 fronts
#26042: GR F-1 rears

The Ride site has them as high grip tyres so does this mean they are pretty much same as the 26030 and 26031 preglued?

I was racing on the weekend and was swapping between the 26030/26031 Rides and Pits. Frustrating having to adjust ride height for every change of brand.

Hoping these are a grippier version of original Rides which will make swapping tyres a much easier process.
