Default Power problem :/

I have recently been switching around motors in my ta05 to see which one i prefer, i bought a 19T super stock and everything seemed fine. However, the power keeps completely cutting out at random intervels. It is definately the whole power because the steering and the fan on the heatsink all cut out aswell. It's definately not to do with the ESC getting too hot because it done it a few minutes ago when it was still cold, about 10 seconds after i had turned it on. The 2 tamiya plugs connecting the ESC to the battery seem to be getting VERY hot compared to normal in a relatively short space of time.

If anyone has any idea what this could be please help
Thanks in advance.

LOL! "Fo' Rizzle ma home baked buttah biscut."

I see where your coming from...

But yeah anyway, any places you suggest getting deans from based in the UK? In my local hobby store they are quite expensive.

Thanks for replying.

You do have some options besides DEANS though, you can go with

good old bullet-esque connectors from Orion-

http://www.teamorion.com/Products/Ni...ry+Accessories

Or you can go with-

http://www.teamtrinity.com/shop/item.asp?item=5021

Or you may want anderson/sermos connectors (not too popular, but better than tamiya nonetheless)-

http://www.rctoys.com/rc-toys-and-pa...RS-WIRING.html

I don't know what prices compare to what the prices are "across the pond" so here are some options.

(there are more, as well as off brand deans-style, a "losi" specific connector, the traxxas connector, etc. These are all way better than tamiya. )

Good luck

I can get a pair (male and female) of deans here for about 4 US dollars, or, according to some shady currency converter site, about 3 euros.

Just had a look at your suggestions, the ones that are avalible at my local store are the Trinity Connecters, they are described as "R-Minus - Corally type gold plated connectors - 2 male/20 female" Is this what i am after? And are the female plugs the ones that you put on the batteries?

Thanks for the suggestions

Be back after dinner.
