Questions?? diff. oil guestion

have bought an old losi nxt. when u turn the back wheels by hand it seems really rough, should there be oil in the diff, . if so how much and what kind do u use. please help. i'm kinda new to this.

Most 1/10 scale vehicles use a ball differential, not gear. Diff oil, like used in 1/8 scale, will not be used. To rebuild the diff so its nice and smooth you will need new diff balls, diff rings, and thrust bearing. Total cost is probably under $10.

If you can find the parts.try MIP for a source they made a kit with everything included.
