Mount them trailing edge or however you prefer your carbon shoes. I havent seen anyone run them leading edge but that doesnt mean people dont.

Trailing Edge v. Leading edge.

The Ali shoes are 100% designed to be trainling edge as the stand off is on the bottom to run them leading edge the whole thing becomes backwards with the stand off on the top and the spring groove located to high for most c. nuts.
In terms of the carbons, its personal pref really as to what you prefer the norm is trailing edge but lead does give a very different feel. Have a play and see what suits you and yours.

Just placed my order for 2 sets of shoes and an extra set of 1.0's. Can't wait to try them out!

You will be very happy with the products. Make sure you put some bearings on your next order as they are a great product as well.

Don't see the point in paying $2.50 more for a 10 pack of wheel bearings. I think I'll stick with the buck a piece ones. Thanks though. I'm sure the shoes are kick ass and you definately can't beat the price with the springs included.

i have run the shoes for 7 - 5 minutes heats and 1 - 20 min main and there has been about 50% less wear then the stock shoes, definately a good deal with the springs as well! I am very pleased!!

I have been running nothing but Answers shoes since I first got mine shipped from the Owner in UK. They are hands down the best shoes on the market..Last forever, 9 springs, very inexpensive, and no shims to lose, or forget to add.....I see no need to ever even try anything else

can the Answer rc clutch guys set up credit payment(visa, mastercard etc) in the near future? Pay-pal is ok but I would rather not use it.

Everything I've researched on taking credit cards directly actually costs me more than PayPal for my current and projected volume. You can use a credit card via PayPal and actually get twice the buyer protection then a credit card by itself. I'm trying to hold the line on price, but hate knowing folks aren't buying over PayPal.

I have tried the 2 .9 springs/2 1.0 springs and 4 1.0 springs and both work pretty well. The 4 1.0 might get a little loose when the track gets dusty.

I had also a Turbo clutch in my MP777 along with other Fioroni stuff like radioplate, bulkhead stiffener etc. Very nice machinery and high quality alloy. Loved it. I think the main reason is that Fioroni is a small factory which only produce aftermarket parts for certain cars like K-factory from Taiwan who only manufacterers for Team Magic and Kyosho.

I have to say I have only used the Answer clutch shoes on the street to break in my new mills and so far they have the BEST feel that I have ever had. So far I am a a big fan of the clutch shoes and I'm glad I bought 2 sets right off the bat. On the track will be the next test and I cant wait.

Qucik question: Can someone please tell me the spring rates that you receive in the clutch shoe set and the colors. They are for the RC8
