This is just a question, not a complaint.
Why wouldn't it be better to hold these kind of events when school is out?
And again, just a question.

Wardo ..... these are my observations. Having these races when school's out means that there would be at least 1 major race every weekend of the month during the summer. Not just ROAR but every other race as well. Not enough racers for that kind of scheduling.

I've been to 12 ROAR nationals over the last few years and the number of high school and lower aged participants is very minimal. Although there are quite a few college aged adults.

Could you imagine what it would be like if ROAR scheduled every National during July and August? And just because you may be in a traditional school year schedule (most colleges are) what about the schools that are in session during the summer, or all the people that have to go to summer school?

Last of all, do you really want to have to race during the hottest months of the year? It really does suck having to race in 100+ deg weather all the time.

Team Kamakaze ...... I don't have a date yet. I was about 10 minutes premature ... my bad. I'm working on it as we speak. It sure ain't easy trying so schedule MAJOR events these days. Seems like every month from April - September has an event to contend with. I should have a FINAL date for you guys buy end of day tomorrow.
