Just some key issues concerning rain answered for the TFT
1). In case of rain to wheras the event cannot be completed in a given daylight or time frame, it will be rescheduled for December 19, 20, 21 2008
2). If rain occurs during a qualifying round and that round cannot resume, the entire round will be discarded.
3). If rain occurs during any main event, the race director shall observe the vehicles for “reasonable and safe operation” to determine if the event should be halted.
4). If the main(s) are stopped and cannot be resumed because of weather conditions, mains that did not complete 50% of their total race time shall have the trophies awarded according to grid position of said main.
5). If the main(s) are stopped and cannot be resumed because of weather conditions, mains that did complete 50% of their total race time shall have the trophies awarded according to car position of said main when it was stopped..
6) If mains cannot be started due to weather conditions, trophies will be awarded in order of qualifying.
