Freestyles,

The 4mm chassis will require you to soften up your settings slightly to regain the grip you had from chassis flex with the 3mm chassis. Rollcenter adjustment will be required also since the thicker chassis changes those as well.

NitroWD,

I agree about the stock RS chassis, it's very flexible and lets the chassis 'move around' too much. I had to loosen every top side screw and flatten the car out after every run. I'm installing a WC kit now and it's much better. I'll post here after my testing this weekend.

Brother, since your car is a prototype/first batch, I believe there is deviation compare with latest production.

ya, i'm driving the RS currently and yes the chassis tweaked!
the front and rear part will be 'lifted up'...

in addition, 2 of my friends running the RS also having the same issues.
just as what jonny suggested, we've got to lossen the top plate screws and flatten the chassis out and then re-tighten the screws.

NitroWD,

The WC chassis has the same issue but not as bad. The radio tray is the real cause. I had my new WC chassis do the same thing this weekend but it's easily corrected by loosening the screws and retightening.

First time out with the car was good. Ended up 2nd overall this weekend at the last round of our Midwest Series. Car felt very locked in and consistent.

It does fit but not necessary to do that if you are not planning to have WC kit.

Yes...you can purchase the front portion and will work on the G4RS chassis, just NOT the rear portion.

Howard,

Thanks, I'll get a set up posted here asap. I'm thinking about drawing up a new top plate and working out a new rear swaybar set up like we talked about. I'll keep you posted.

Aussies,

The spacers adjust the rollcenter. Start with the 1mm spacers and adjust from there. I like a lot of steering so I have 0.50mm spacers under mine.

Now that i know the front works does anyone know if the WC upgrade for the rear will fit on a G4+ chassis. I'm lovin that bling factor
