Default Need help getting a tool fixed...

I have some Losi drivers which are able to have their tips replaced. So I have taken them apart, but the driver and the part that secures the handle and the driver together will not come apart. Its pretty much stuck and I dont know of any way to get them apart.

So far Ive tried twist and grip as hard as I could but the shaft part just spins in the pliers.

Clamp the shaft in a vise tightly and tap down on the handle til the handle pops off.
Use WD-40 or Liquid Wrench if necessary.
Final resort use heat then vise and tapping.
