1. Traction compound, if you are not already using it.

2. Softer, stickier tires.

3. Adjust your rear suspension, by using softer springs/oils.

Wheel spinning! That's the whole point of a hot mod motor, isn't? )

I have the softest spring now have my shocks layed down and am running 30wt.The problem I have is every time I make left
turns the car just does tight donunts or is super loose
I have another tc3 and it drives like a dream with a10x1 and
32x100 gearing set up the same way as the trouble car.the
only differecne is the motor I would like to take advantage of the d5 power but can't get to work?

Also what is a good gear ratio for the d5 in an open track with
smooth turns.

Only when you turn left? If that's the case, are you sure your chassis is not tweaked? I would check that first - second, I would check that nothing in the right rear suspension is binding.

zzcutter first befor you take apart the car just try and balence out the weight and then if that don't work take it apart and see if chassis is liftin in a corner or what ever.
