Good pipe for a WS7III?
I am going to be running a RB WS7III in a buggy, on an indoor track.
What would be a good pipe to use with this engine? Since the WS7 has good mid-high end power, I am assuming a pipe that improves the low end would be best?

An 086 is going to be the best all around but will be illegal for ROAR rules starting next year. I suspect a 2045 will be the best legal pipe but haven't tried one yet.

A buddy of mine runs the WS7III with the 2045 pipe and the RB 198 header on his truggy and it hauls ass!
He also is running 1.1 clutch springs and dynamite aluminum clutch shoes

I ran a JP pipe on my RB and it seemed to make my engine run hotter. I went to the RB site and spoke to Roddy he said JP's will make RB's run hotter than usual. I switched to a RB 2045 temps took a dip and engine definately had more power. Generally speaking I like to stick with the pipe that was made for the engine. However I do run JP's on other stuff just fine just not RB products.

Has anyone run a Go 0801 pipe on a WS7III? I have a new Go pipe that I would like to use if it was a good fit.
The 2045 sounds good, but for the pipe and manifold it costs $135.
How about one of the Dynamite pipes?

i have ben very happy with 053 and the 086. cant beat the price either.
