cant say much for the hacker but thus far i have been really impressed with my speed passion alot more torque than the lrp or novak

Yes. The 13.5T motors are in stock you can order them online if you would like at www.hackerbrushless.com
The newest 13.5T motors have a removable sensor plug as well.
