I'm not sure that they have any packs in the 1.14 range. The power cube's would be the way to get good packs cheap, and I think even all of those are in the 1.15 range.

im not sure 1.14s really exist.. The 1.15s would be considered the "club" battery, and they are already about as cheap as you can get! What are they now, 34 bucks? Let alone you can get their powercube with 18 cells for 86$.
