I heard on the radio this morning that it snowed in Rancho San Diego yesterday. It was cold as ass at my house yesterday. But not that cold.

Yeah, it's the first time in a long time... Still cold outside right now and everything has dried up.

Too bad about the weather down there guys. Up here in Wisconsin its been sunny and warm. Well 50f is warm for here. The snow is almost gone in my yard. I can smell the nitro already.

Hi guys
Going to be charging my new cells soon what sort of temp should I let them go to? Does it help to cool the cells when charging?

yup.. no more rain for socal.. looks like we'll be in the high 60s. it'll be a good weekend for parking lot racing.

Your cells should get around 135ºF to 145ºF. Do not cool the cells while they are charging. You oculd potentially overcharge your packs.

Set peak dectect to have the cells reach 135-150º. Do not charge or discharge with a fan. Charging it will cool the cells and not realize a peak and will over chage the cells. Cooling via fan will cool the outside of the cell and the chemcials inside are still hot. Discharge them after your race and have them sit 1-1/2 to 2 hours before recharging.
