Default Unlocking Threadlocks??

months ago i thought it'll hold better by apply more threadlocks than needed to a screw. Now... nearlly a year later i need to UN screw. Not a chance of it comming out!! Does anyone know any tricks that i can use?

Heat can help.

For future reference, you dont need a lot of threadlock for it to work. I put a drop on a screw and dab it off with a paper towel so there are just trace amounts left on the screw.

I put a propane torch to it for 2 or 3 seconds then quickly unscrew it, works everytime. you obviously dont wanna do this on plastic parts.

I had to do it to my flywheel screw and the screws in my chassis.

If plastic parts are too close for a torch then put a HIGH wattage soldering iron on the screw for a few min.

its all metal parts... screw of an engine mount of a revo. The torch and soldering iron sounds good!! i'm going to give it a go... thanks guys!!

There is also different componds, Red, Blue... Might be something to look into.
