Try phoning them. There is severe email lag, but the phone gets picked up all the time. Keep in mind the time difference.

i have been emailing terry every couple of days and get a response, it take about a day or so. I send a transponder and he has not received it. looks like it was lost. but he has been very helpful in trying to track it down for me. never send USPS, EVER!!!

Hi here's the latest PTX stock and ordering update, plus more on the current backed up emails status.

Basically everything is still as in my post #139 here the New PTX stock is due in later next month (see below).

The last few months have been crazy with orders and emails, we have been doing our best to keep up. We had a month when a supplier messed up and put us behind, it's taken a few weeks to clear the back orders and we've had to limit the orders coming in. There are a few orders to clear and then we should be back up to date ready for the 'New PTX July Offer'.

Details of the 'New PTX July Offer' will be announced next month, I can say it is worth waiting for! As I have mentioned previously we receive a large number of emails (please note I don't reply to PM's these days, sorry) which I try to reply to in a reasonable time, please be patient most times I can't write back within hours, a week is often the timescale. I don't have a smartphone with email, it seems everyone these days wants an instant response!

Do you have EMS shipping from UK to Jakarta, Indonesia ??

EMS shipping is more expensive but more secure than normal ( $9 )shipping. I will pay extra for that. I'm just want to make sure the package is not lost in jakarta's post office.

Can you write down GIFT on the export document ? and please dont put the invoice inside the pakage ?

Do you take credit card ?

In Chile - Southamerica we are 2 drivers racing on big events the custom number PTX Transponders and they are FLAWLESS (on electric touring the AMB System "read" the PTX signal even higher level than with my AMB transponder).

Right now my friend have a lot of time waiting for answer on his email because we need 10+ transponders ... but no answer, any news about MRT crew ?
