I know this has probally been posted on here. Sorry for the duplication. If someone has a url to the post that reflects what help I need, Thanks! If not I hope someone can help me.

Maybe someone here has had the same issue as me and knows how to resolve it.

I have tried the following:

Took tranny completely apart, rebuilt it back to factory settings.
Tried 1/4 turns out until there was no more out to go equally on both sides. then tried 1/4 turns in equally on both sides. Nothing.

I tried leaning the lowend a bit, still nothing.

Hopefully someone has some insight they can give me.

Oh yeah I kinda need to get it shifting for tomorrow! lol

I found this 2 speed to be super sensitive. usually 1/16 turn increments are fine. If u go too far out it will be in 2nd fully. If you go too far in it will be locked in 1st.

Agreed, 1/4 turn is to much with this 2 speed, you need to adjust 1/8 turn or less.
