At least you will not have any issue with the carb because it is made by O.S...

there was nothing wrong with the ninja carb in the first place...imo its 1 of the best....if not THE best on Top of the OS carb's.

I live close to Mugen in Lake Forest CA....I still have 2 of the first Ninjas and they are still running strong. I will retire them as backups and start to use the new beast asap!

The Carbs of the ninja was very touchy when trying to tune it compare to the O.S.

i just got one and in my opinion the motor is a great motor i get 9 to 10 mins one tank. the power is great also i pass other car down the straight, and my throttle is turned down.

Touchy may be, consistent very much so. It ain't no cheap ass SH carb were you move the needles a full turn to find the tune of the hour.


Congrats on the engine pasadena_z, the new ninjas are just as sexy looking as the old ones.
