HPI rs4 3 evo exhaust gasket issue?????
I've got a rs4 3 evo with an OS cv-r .12 with the side exhaust(using the THS tuned pipe). The problem i'm having is that it keeps blowing the manifold gasket out from in between where the header connects to the motor. I'm using the HPI gray one now. I'm not overtightening it. Is there another brand that is stronger i can use????????????????

Sounds like you warped/bent your header mounting flange. You can try putting a piece of fine grit sand paper on a piece of glass(or something flat) and sand the area where the exhaust gasket normally sits. Do it in circular motion until the flanged area is flat (the flanged area should look clean and no warpage). Wash it and fix it back, you will not face the leaky problem again.
Hope this helps......
