The 31582 is a hopped up version of the 31581. It came with one of the hop up chassis, worth about $100 (not sure which one, there are two) and a carbon upper deck about $50 (that won't be any good if you convert it to an RR)
The 31583 is the latest version of the car comes with a carbon upper deck already plus all the upgrades to the suspension. Not sure which of the three chassis it comes with haven't seen one in person yet.

The tracks I run on a very small usually only a 120ft long by 60 what tooth pinion spurs and also what tooth diff gears do you guys recomend?

use the stock 40t ring gears front and rear ,the FW-05R comes out of the box geared for a small track you should be fine with the stock pinions 21/26 with the stock spur gears

Do I need to pick up the hardened diff gears? Also what is the smallest pinion gear they make sorry about the 20 questions switched from mugen to kyosho.

i believe is 20,the diff gears that come with the stock kit wont last long you can pick up the steel gears for about 90 bucks in tower hobbies you can get 37t,38t,39t or 40t(stock)

yes they are you can also use the mugen mtx3 .08 pinions but you have to use the mugen clutch bell

Very good! Very fast and sturdy. It's the best FW05 pipe I know of.
