Whats your rear toe in? Try reducing it to reduce power on push

Right now I am running 2 degrees of negative toe and the Gold springs in the rear. I just grabbed them from my friend so I don't know the spring rate. Diff lock in the rear, a one-way in the front. You'd think with all this it would fish tail like a muscle car but still not enough steering. Hopefully I will be running to tomorrow if I my engine is finished(moded).

That's already been checked. I tightened down as far as it could go, up to the point where the post would jump out of its notched position. Thursday I will try going to 40shore all around and the alfa 2.1. This has got to work.

Hello guys,
I am interested in this car and I had a couple of questions regarding adjustments.
can you change the toe in the rear as in the front,
camber?
caster?
roll center front/rear
in addition, does the reciver have any type of protection like other cars? it seems very vulnerable to dirt and an impact. (that is a very expencive and vital part of the car - brain in my opinion)
well, thats it. thanks !
also how old it his car ?

If you take a look at some of the pictures floating around this thread of the FW-05R, you can clearly see that the receiver is mounted on top of the upper deck, clear from side impacts. Although the receiver battery is mounted under the upper deck, along the side.
F/R Toe, Camber, Caster, F/R Roll Center are all easily adjustable on this model. It only takes a quick glance at the pictures to tell really..

Servo tape attaches the Receiver to the Upperdeck, while Reinforced tape holds it from both sides.
You can use a plastic flexible receiver boot if you want to keep the thing super clean

I ran the car today for the first time and i was impressed. the car is as free as a NTC3. has fast corner speed and holds a thight line. Took a while to adjust the 2ng gear. car had way to much stearing at first then changed to 42 front and 40 rear (foams) and it was diled. was a little under geared for large track but not bad with stock gearing. there was onther car faster on the back stright but on the infild this car was fast. Still workign on set up. going to change the back dif oil to 50,000 or 75,000. well back to the track tommarrow for some more testing. Robert
