That was me.

Bad thing was, I charged your car, but forgot to charge my own.

I have a 1400 mah battery but running 2 digital servo's killed me with 4 minutes to go, moving from 7th to 2nd position.

Hope you had a good time, and hope to see you at Superior for the points series starting next month?

I just went to my first Lakeland race last weekend. I've had a busy week. Went to Lakeland to race, then to Vegas for the NRHSA hobby show for our first time, then back for the HPI challenge.

I think I'm going to go to sleep for the next week now.

You can always find me at Superiors races, but I will be going to Lakeland more often now. I loved the track, fast but smooth. I'm usually running my Prospec on Full Throttle, and now Lakeland.

Do you know Abner, Austin and Bobby, from Melbourne?

assuming you have the right amount of shims -- you need to loosen the adjusting nut.. you can adjust the nut through the clutch bell...

Sounds like it needs to engage sooner - so turn clutch nut 1/2 - 3/4 turn CCW or until satisfied. Typically, you should see about 2 threads exposed outside the clutch nut but there are many variables that might affect this "rule of thumb".

Any more details?

WHen I went to go break in my Rody V12, the engine revved VERY high as the adjuster nut was tightened down a bit. I added the last of the 6 shims and loosened the nut. The car rolled much faster and ran way better. Pretty much you'd want the CB to pull out very little. Maybe about a mm. Then the stock HPI adjuster nut settings will perform true.

Nope... lol. that is just the plastic cover than come on the body, for some reason the duratrax cutting scissors wont cut the soft plastic, but with the body they work great...

Ah man. My bad luck was spreading around that day. Yeah I kept getting a flame out on my motor as well.

Sounds like youve been busy with racing. Good luck with everything. You were a really helpful.

Yes well. I kinda do. When at the HPI Challenge I spoke with an HPI Rep there. He confirmed that the kit will be released after the pro4 version. Which will be released next month. So in about 2 months.

They will both be dubbed "HARA" Versions. And will be different and most likely better than the 2004 edition japanese kits.

what are the difference from the 2004 Hara Edition? 1 thing i know is that the main chassis will be the same and the fuel tank will be upgraded.
