Clutch bell bearing? Check the spare parts in those big Zip-Lock bags. I remembered I got one bearing for threaded shaft engine. I did not use it, so it might still in one of the bags.

I did. I couldn't find it.

Also, on the centax clutch, did you ever need to use that o-spring for the shoes?

Thanks for the impromptu illustration, Klan.

YES!!! if you don't use the spring, on engament you will lose the clutch weights like I did, only that my spring probably broke...
that spring makes sure that upon engagement they come back to their position!!!

Hmm, I was told if I just used a heavier 87103 (the spring that goes around the shaft), I wouldn't need to use the o-spring....

mmm I don't know about that, I have video footage and I see mine flying out and I was done in the middle of a straight. If you have more clutch weights try it, but I don't recommend it...

Klander send the vid to me. I'm now trying to decide what to do. Should I take the leap into 1/8. Or get the serpent 710 and drop my sirio in it. Then put the .18 into my impulse.

Let's all go into the 1/8 scene lol....

The serpent 710 is just like the R-40, I place the R-40 as better than serpents 705 and 710s, if I was to go 1/8 i'd probably get the HPI PROCEED... I'll try to send it to you after my lunch break, I know I have your e-mail, but please send me a PM to be sure of who Im sending it to ok
later

Yeah, I was looking for somewhere here in the states. The places I order my Pro 4 parts from don't carry R40 parts.
