Whats the weight difference between both the sx8 and sx8t and a 5r and 5t? more, less about the same? Just trying to get an idea about the weight. Pics look great. Can't wait to see it in person...You planning on running it this weekend?

Mine was 45.66 and 45.74, the replacements I had from King Headz were either 1-2mm longer, the Kyosho style from King Headz. Got them for my last buggy and never installed em. No shims, just bearings and king headz steering posts.

Kev, idk.. check if it's leaking from the o ring or the set screw.. I had the set screws leak the first time around with the car. I now use a little Teflon tape on the set screws, and and a little Lucky 7 Rc engine sealant after there installed. I'm sending some to Casey Monday, I'll throw 1 in there for ya.

NitroOB4You,

I see on your advert your using a Nomadio React, does your radio box close properly, mine has a small gap, not completely dust proof. I have tried with/without foam padding on the bottom, have you taken the foam padding out?

I've tried both methods it’s a very snug fit, due to the size of the transceiver. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I havn't had any problems with mine, so far. Though I do wish they would return and release that mini/micro Rx they talked about a while back.
I'm also running an Apogee 2000Mah LiPo, with the regulator on top of the Rx. I can try and get a pic or two later today or tomorrow.

My box is the same. I over stuff it with foam to seal good.or you can run a bead of rtv around the edge.
