Downloaded software update but not yet put on the RB-S

Do the numbers correspond to version 2.02 or are they totally different?

Anyone post what the new numbers represent

There are two attachments with the download, one is a new overlay for the programmer and the other is a word doc with what the numbers do.

Don't start on the highest ramp rate setting, motor temps are up a lot after 3 minutes.

When looking at the programmer overlay attachment, which setting there is the Amp Rate?

Setting 4, its probably best that you open the notes attachment with the download, the overlay isn't as informative as the notes.

I have been running on a tight indoor track and have not been using the turbo, I found it so much easier to drive, and for what you gain on our track down the straight you have to jab the brakes on and loose all your rythem. If I am running the new firmware without turbo I normally gear up a pinion or 2.

Just keep an eye on temps!!!

Speedo was coming off at 30c motor was about 60c

How does the new turbo ramp work, I assume the ramps are preset rpm points?
Is it only once you achieve full throttle of the Tx the turbo ramp will work after the set delay?

Does anyone have a starting point guide for gearing and esc settings for various motor winds like was released when 2.02 came out?

Hello all. Is the fan on the RB-S removeable? Looking at it with the fan, it won't fit into a 12th scaler.

Turbo ramp is the rate of turbo increment up to the preset turbo limit (page3)

The fan is soldered to the power input directly and you can unsolder it.

kept getting temp cut, so i switched the thing off. This is in SE Asia....pretty close to equatorial line...but noon temperature wasn't that high.

just have to remember switching it back on for fun runs.
