Default Convert Mach 427 from roto to bump start

I found the required backplate, but does anyone know if the crank pin has to be cut? Thanks.

If you bought the Sportwerks backplate, http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...oducts_id/4331 then NO you do not have to cut the pin. I think dynamite makes one too, that one you have to cut the pin.
