a mamba 5700(can use 3s lipo) on a 3s lipo actually turn more rpm than a 7700 on a 2s lipo. the most you can put to a 7700 is 7.4 volts due to rpm limitation of the rotor. all you have to do is the math. 5700x11.1=63270 rpm. 7700x7.4=56980 rpm. 5700 turns almost 6k more rpm.

ok, I get that but what about the novak 10500x7.4=77700 rpm or unless if I can use a 3lipo for 7700x11.1=85470 rpm is it possible?

I run the 7700mm and you can run the timing at lowest, That will keep the rpm down so you can use 3 cell lipo. The good new is you can turn it up if you want more.

There may well be a german motor called NEUSS (I don't know one way or another), but what I and the other guy was talking about is motors made in California (USA) by a company started by Steve Nue. American. Not German. It was not a typo.
