Default carbon fiber chasis issues

I can't find any info on here and I'm sure it has been discussed. But I have an xray Fk05 that screws always freeze up on.It is definately the chasis.I have tried glueing the chasis but seems to have made it worse.Tried vaseline no success. Is there another way to treat the problem so that my screws don't keep getting stuck to the chasis?

q tip and thin ca glue.. Dip q tip and spin it in the counter sunk hole. Do a few coats on all the holes .. This has worked for all of my xrays, form the freedom of choice the the 008. Good luck.... oh and you might want to loose the silver looking hex heads ( i think there aluminum) get the black steel ones, there very hard to strip..

Actually, i had the same problems with my fk04 and 5. The stock screws are steel but seem to have some sort of galvanized coating on them. Its the coating on the screws that make them stick. I went to black oxide screws and the problem was fixed.
