Things to try:

-small tyres
-no pod droop
-play with dual rate
-heavy grease for kingpin lube
-soft springs
-slopless steering
-tyre compounds
you didn't mention how much front end droop you have. the front tire coning could be from the inside front having too much up travel.

i know others use more droop(front and rear), but for me too much droop makes the car unsettled, and allows too much front rear weight transfer, so too much turn in and on-power push.

Is that the stock servo horn and do you have turnbuckles mounted in the top hole??????
-----if stock servo horn, use the center hole's.
-----if not stock servo horn and if you are mounting turnbuckles in the uppermost hole's---. You typically want to mount in the middle or lower holes for any servo horn. If you are using the uppermost holes, as the tires turn you are going to get a abrupt changes in angles which will cause the car to turn abruptly in the later portions of tire travel. Typically you want the steering turnbuckle's on the same angle/plane as your front arms

Re front droop: I removed 2 shims from standard and this increased mid corner steering noticeably with no effect on entry handling.

Motor wires: they are free through where they sit. I have run the car with a traditional wiring layout and the car was the same. Its also the easiest way to wire a speed passion motor.

Minimum castor: I gained more mid corner steering with less castor with no change to entry steering

Servo saver: I am using the standard servo saver in the position the kit says to (the middle holes)

Side damper: there appears to be more clearance this way but seeing as manual says to do it a certain way I will change it back.

Small pinion, big spur = fast acceleration.

had a pretty good night i suppose. went racing at the last minute as its usually my night off, so hadnt touched or maintained the car at all in the previous week. set my fastest qualifier on the first race, with the next two being not so good ha. but i blame this on my front bulkhead screws backing off without my noticing, and the front end wobbling about ha.

probably not gonna touch setup though. running mostly box stock. need to figure out how to not scrub off as much speed in the corners.

You want anywhere from a 53-60 tooth pinion with a 72 or 76 spur

Ok, I am thinking a taking a 12r5.1 in trade but I know nothing of this on road car. I am an off road...plane guy.
its a brand new car, guy took it to the track and it was to fast and he didnt like it.
its got an lrp esc, 1s lipo and orion 5.5.
read throught some of the thread but it hard to find what I am looking for.

It seems like this car might be a pain to get dialed in. Is it?

How is that power system? is it to fast? for a new guy? if it is to fast what do I need to make it drivable?

If I wanted to sell it...what would it be worth rtr...and would anybody be interested in it.

I have a nice on road track next to our off road and I have always had an interest in on road...looks like a blast.

Out of 15 cars available the 5.1 was my second choice so i believe it's a great car. I don't believe it will be any harder to get dialed in than any 12th cars available. A 5.5 is pretty fast and modified so it depends on if you can handle the power and speed of modified. Most beginners into onroad race 17.5 first now a days. If it's in good shape I'm sure it has value being it's a recent car released by AE and they have an inline kit for it that everyone is using.

Note there is also the "Alien12" that David hasn't added yet to the list so I think that's 16 available cars worldwide maybe more

Good luck
