They Also ran for a Few races in the Speed GT series I think it was 2 years ago. We are just testing these. we will see the HPI Vette and The Saleen S7R Work good and I liked the Older HPI Mustang GT Cobra.

Well Best of Luck to you all.

There are 5 of us testing this car and bodies.

We have tested The HPI Bodies to start with:

All in 200mm.

Lamborghini Murcielago

Nissan 350Z GReddy Twin Turbo

Chevrolet Corvette C6

BMW GT3

Saleen S7R

Lotus Elise 2000

Toyota Supra

Saleen Mustang

and now the BMW M Coupe.

All Look Great on the Chassis, But we are just testing, and looking for a good body for these 200mm Pan Cars.

We have also tested all of the rear pod setups as well on these cars. looking for the best setup we can find.

Also testing Brushless and brushed and cells and Lipos.

Well thanks for all you guys are doing. Im sure Jimmy would be happy to hear what you guys have come up with on the brushed/brushless and all the different batteries. As for the bodies, Im glad youve had a chance to run so many different bodies. hopefully we can have a nice variety when things finally shake down. Youre welcome to email me what youve discovered with each of those bodies [email protected] and whatever you con find out about any others you get a chance to test with

We have tried the HPI C6 vette and the HPI RX-7. Out of the 2 i liked the handling of the vette the best. They both looked great.

Yes we found the C6 and the S7R to be the best to date. but this is on a big track layout and with Lipo's and brushless, I did like the Lotus Elise and Saleen Mustang but they were not as good as the other 2 bodies.

This is why I am asking people to make a mold of these cars in scale. I feel the racing shold be just like the real cars.

I will also be looking into Decals for these cars and classes to see if we can keep it looking real!

Just a thought tossed out there.

Okay, here are the rules I compiled from several classes in the Roar book. Items in red are undecided or unknown. Especially the power plant. But I thought I would get it out there as maybe a general guideline or starting point. Right now I'm gonna look at some bodies. This'll take some time I think. We can't include every car body that everyone likes. Trying to stick with the "sports car" theme. So any input would be nice. Thanks...

Okay.. didn't work... lemme try to link it...

Here ya go...

Edit, I pulled the specs as some feel it will hurt the development of the class.

Pretty solid setup Jimmy. As far as bodies. take a look at the list I pit on page one. that is a pretty fair list. Id say of that list if we can pare it down to 7-10 that should be plenty and offer a good variety.

Got it, Thanks. I'm reviewing the bodies now. So this may take some time. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know. Thanks..

I'm just curious but where did you get that weight from?

You have 41 ounces as 1213g. Isn't 41 ounces 1160gms?
