I have an original Tamiya Blackfoot and I plan on restoring the chassis to the original running condition. The body was in a little "accident" and has a split right down the middle of the hood. That and the grill and the headlight bezels shattered, plus the body was mangled by the previous owner. So my question is what bodies fit the original Blackfoot? Does the body from the Tamiya Hi-lift have the same wheelbase? Or is the body too expensive for a project like this. Any recommendations?

Depending on how close to the original you want to get, Tamiya still makes a "Blackfoot Extreme". I wonder if that body would fit? I mean, how different can truck bodies be?
