Touring Car Rules
Can someone clarify the rules for holes in the windshields. As I read it, we can have a 30mm hole above the fuel tank opening, and a 60mm cooling hole(in the rear windshield if we want). We can also have holes for the ignitor and carb adjustments.
Am I understanding these rules accurately?

you can cut out the entire rear window if you like,as for the front the max is one big 60mm hole for fueling. If you want to make two separate holes one for fueling and one for air there is a difference in sizes front window for cooling and one on the roof for fueling this one has to be smaller. Most guys are just doing a 60mm hole above the tank and cut out front side door windows and the entire rear

a cooling hole cannot protrude on to the roof line at all. if you need to go onto the roof line at all, so you can get fuel in it, then it must be 30mm, even if its just 1 or 2mm into the roof line. if your tank is accesable from the front windscreen then 60mm is allowed.

Pretty much what everybody is saying is correct. Can't speak about IFMAR or any other governing body except Roar.
You can cut out the entire rear window. You can remove both "front seat" side windows.
With regards to cooling and fueling holes you have a few options. If you choose to use seperate holes, the cooling hole can be a maximum of 60mm in diameter. It much be completely within the front windshield. The refueling hole can't be larger than 30mm. It must be centered directly above the fuel tank neck.
If you only use one hole to do both jobs, it can be maximum of 60mm and must centered over the fuel tank neck. It can be located in the windshield and the roof. It cannot intersect with any other holes.
