is the GTB spread spektrum optimized? does it have li-po cut off? whats the part # on the box?

i know it has lipo cutoff im not sure about spektrum optimized I know he ran a futaba 3pm remote with it part number is 3013 GTB syatem with ss 13.5 motor just bought it the 36th for 250
