Hey guys any ideas on a stuck screw in the head of the motor, the screw has no grip any more. Thanks in advance

...drill down onto screw until head of screw comes off then remove head, then rest of screw with vice grips.................or saw head of screw off of shank with hacksaw blade if clearance is provided.................
